Presentation description
The power of design to do what?
Humphrey Bogart in Casablanca and Bill Clinton in "Whitewater" dismissed problems that "don't amount to a hill of beans." Notable design guru Ralph Caplan will show that the design process is demonstrably effective for addressing problems that don't amount to a hill of beans, but can it be effectively applied to problems that do?
